Which processes can be automated with AI?
Above all, repetitive ones: answering enquiries, creating quotes, transferring data, coordinating appointments, filing documents or producing reports. In the process analysis, we find out where it pays off most for you.
Do I have to replace my existing tools?
No. Where it makes sense, we connect your existing systems such as CRM, accounting, till system or online shop. We only build new software where nothing suitable exists.
How long until an automation is up and running?
Depending on scope, the first automations are ready in a few days. We develop platforms and larger systems in stages over a few weeks to months, including testing and fine-tuning.
Where do the automations and my data run?
On secure servers, in Switzerland or the EU – your choice. We comply with the Swiss Data Protection Act and only use AI where you approve it.
Isn’t AI inaccurate, or doesn’t it sometimes make things up?
AI can give wrong answers. That’s why we narrow down its tasks, define rules and data, and build in checks. Where it matters, a person reviews things before anything goes out.
